Office, classroom and auditorium building in Nanaimo. This 3 level concrete structure features the Visionwall curtainwall system and Glasclad exterior cladding.

Quadra Island Elementary School Addition
Renovation to the school including a four classroom and multipurpose room wood framed addition. Seismic upgrades were performed as part of a second contract.

Smithers ICBC Claims Centre
New 10,000 SF Claims Centre in Smithers. The structure is block, structural steel and structural steel studs with a cladding and stucco exterior.
